Shipping & Returns

1.The cables will be packed to the best of our abilities to prevent any damage during transit. The parcel will be shipped from Singapore by Singapore Post airmail and will take 18 working days or approximately 3 weeks to reach you depending on location. Worldwide shipping with insurance (up to SGD 68)and tracking is included in the shipping cost.

2.Will usually ship products out within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

3.If you wish to upgrade your shipping to a faster option, please contact us at admin@livecables.net

4. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to admin@livecables.net before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

5. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

6. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

7. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
